Customers are responsible for arriving on time at the agreed meeting point.
HB BIKE reserves the right to modify routes or schedules due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating in cycling activities.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods may include PayPal, cash, bank transfer, or Bizum.

PayPal is the primary payment method used by HB BIKE.

Customers should notify HB BIKE as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

HB BIKE will provide services professionally and with reasonable care.

However, HB BIKE cannot guarantee:
