This is not a city bike tour.
This is how cyclists escape the city.
Within minutes, urban streets give way to forest roads as we enter Collserola Natural Park, the green lung of Barcelona. This is where local cyclists come to train, climb and escape traffic — and you’ll be riding the same legendary roads.
We ascend classics like Fort del Vent, finding a steady rhythm, then cross the mountain range through climbs such as La Arrabassada, linking one side of Barcelona to the other through smooth, winding roads. The higher we go, the wider the views become, until we stop near Tibidabo, where the entire city and Mediterranean coastline stretch below you.
Along the way, you’ll also discover hidden connectors and quiet shortcuts between the main roads — insider lines that even many local riders don’t know — revealing surprising geography and small hillside communities tucked deep inside Collserola.
Local secrets included.
It feels big, mountainous and far away — yet you’re still riding right next to Barcelona.
